Non-Refillable Gas Cylinders

A non-refillable gas cylinder, also called a disposable cylinder, is designed for single-use and cannot be legally or safely recharged once emptied. Refillable cylinders are engineered to DOT or equivalent standards to withstand repeated filling cycles. Non-refillable cylinders are ideal for field calibration, remote deployments, and overseas shipping where returning cylinders is impractical.

SpecGas Inc. offers a broad range of calibration gases in disposable cylinders including CO, CO₂, H₂S, SO₂, NH₃, NO/NOx, HCl, HCN, VOCs, formaldehyde, hydrocarbons (methane, ethane, propane, isobutylene), helium, argon, neon, xenon, krypton blends, oxygen, nitrogen, SF₆, and more. Custom blends at low PPM and PPB concentrations are available upon request.

SpecGas Inc. non-refillable disposable cylinders are available in 17-liter, 58-liter, and 103-liter gas capacities in steel, and 58-liter aluminum versions for reactive gas mixtures. Specialty cylinders for reactive or corrosive gases such as HCl and H₂S have internal water volumes ranging from 5.9L to 47L. Custom sizes can be accommodated based on application requirements.
